The Lochness Monster
Nebraska Winter
The winter of 2009-2010 was one of the worst winters in SE Nebraska, according to the old timers. There were several large snow storms that dropped a lot of snow, and a lot of cold days. Below are some pictures I took this winter:
This one was taken from the Courthouse looking down Harlan Street after a snow.
On a warmer day, there was a considerable amount of ice moving down the rivers!
The site of the first oil well in NE was in Falls City!
The bridge over the Missouri river, on the Mo and NE state lines; by Rulo, NE.
Overall, a cold and foggy day -- and winter!
